Joy Fraser
FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Having a heart for children her whole life, Joy has had a generational impact on children in many facets. Joy is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Theo’s Theory. She has been working with children for over four decades and has been a director for 27 years. She has a bachelor's degree in Christian Education and has spent considerable time researching how children learn and grow. Her passion and research are reflected in the deep care and innovative programs that are the hallmarks of Theo’s Theory. Joy loves her family and enjoys reading, fitness, and building meaningful relationships. She is committed to pioneering programs that improve children's education and quality of life because every child matters.

Jeremy Fraser
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Jeremy is a noteworthy leader in the Business and Real Estate space. He has a background in teaching mathematics and Preschool. Jeremy was the first teacher to lead Theo’s Theory Learning With Movement Lab. While Jeremy serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Theo’s Theory, he is also credited with contributions to Jehovah Jireh Properties and Commercial Real Estate advising. He attended Wichita State University and resides in Wichita, KS, with his wife. Jeremy is an adventurer at heart and enjoys traveling and seeing the world.

Crystal Ochieng
PROGRAM OPERATIONS OFFICER
From an early age, Crystal has loved serving children. This has fueled her lifelong pursuit of early childhood education. Crystal has been involved in formal childcare for over 15 years and received her Associate in Applied Science Early Childhood Education. She has been a Center Director for the past eight years and helped facilitate the opening of two different centers over that time. Crystal loves supporting families and leading children on their educational journeys. She cherishes being a mother, a leader, and an educator.

Maci James
CENTER DIRECTOR
Maci is an incredible Director who brings over 12 years of childcare experience to Theo’s Theory. She has a background in Elementary Education and Special Education. Maci is encouraging, passionate, and supportive in caring for children and educators. She can be seen with a warm smile as she walks the halls of Theo’s Theory with Zeke, an emotional support dog that helps bring a calming presence wherever they go. Maci is inspired by her husband, being a mom, her two dogs, and her family. In her free time, she likes to attend sporting events, go to the lake, and spend time with her family.
